Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Please allow 2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Canada:

    • Express: 1 to 2 business days (once processed and shipped)
    • Standard: 3 to 9 business days (once processed and shipped)

  • USA:

    • Express: 2 to 3 business days (once processed and shipped)
    • Standard: 4 to 9 business days (once processed and shipped)

  • International:

    • Express: 4 to 7 business days (once processed and shipped)
    • Standard: 6 to 10 business days (once processed and shipped)
    • Economy: 20 to 60 business days (once processed and shipped)

Please note that Ramina Jewels is not responsible for any international customs duties or fees.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If your order is in pre-shipping status, it means it has not yet been shipped.

Custom Designs:
Custom designs may take up to 40 days for preparation, from design to manufacturing. Once the order is placed, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Ramina Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a tracking number has been issued, it means the order has been successfully shipped.
